Men and home care

While the combination of men and caring does not seem self-evident, the combination of men and informal or home care raises even more questions. Yet it is becoming increasingly clear that men are perfectly capable of caring, that they are doing so more and more often, and that home care is a growing part of such care. This publication illustrates this through a literature study, interviews with experts and by letting men speak for themselves.

Joint publication by Movisie and Emancipator with funding from the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports (2016)
